We build AI automations. You get both of us for the price of one.
An engineer and a designer, for what a single hire would cost you. Bring us a whole project or one thing that’s been bugging you for a year. Tell us what you need and we’ll figure out the rest.
Thirty minutes. No deck, no pitch. Just tell us what’s eating your time.
We build the systems that handle the boring work.
Every business has some. The lead that sat in an inbox for six hours until someone else booked the job. The invoices somebody retypes every Monday. The quote that takes three days to send because the person who writes them has forty other things going on.
None of it is hard. All of it eats hours. That’s the stuff we take off your plate.

Some of what we build most often:
-
Lead response — every form fill and missed call gets a real reply in under a minute, day or night, qualified and booked into your calendar
-
Paperwork — invoices, orders, claims, permits. They come in, they get read, the data lands where it belongs. Nobody retypes anything.
-
Quotes and proposals — your pricing, your terms, your wording, generated in minutes instead of days
-
Whatever your specific thing is — most of our work isn’t on this list. If something’s eating hours and nobody’s bothered to fix it, that’s usually the one worth doing first.
Anyone with the work.
We don’t have a niche and we’re not looking for one.
An agency that needs to handle more leads without hiring. A big company with one department drowning in one process. A one-person operation that just wants their evenings back. The work is more similar than you’d think — something repetitive is eating time, and we make it stop.
So if you’re wondering whether you’re too small or too big or too weird for this: you’re not. Book the call.
You get both of us for the price of one.
Everywhere else, two people costs twice as much. Here it doesn’t.
- Both of us, one person’s rate.
- One of us engineers, one designs. You don’t choose between them and you don’t pay double for them. It’s the same money you’d spend on a single contractor.
- One task or the whole thing.
- Some clients bring us a single process to fix. Others hand us the whole operation and let us find the work. Both are fine.
- Ongoing or one-off.
- Stay on retainer and we’ll keep improving things and fix them when they break. Or take the build and run it yourself. Your call.
- And we’re negotiable.
- Budgets are real. Tell us yours and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do inside it, or whether you’d be better off spending it somewhere else.
Three steps.
-
We talk.
Thirty minutes. You describe what’s taking too long. We ask some questions and tell you whether we think we can help.
-
We scope it.
A short, plain-language write-up of what we’d build, how long it’ll take, and what it costs. No surprises later.
-
We build it.
You’ll see it working before you sign off on anything. It runs on the tools you already use — nothing new to learn.
We actually want the work.
We’re two people. One builds, one designs. That combination matters more than it sounds like it should — most automation projects don’t fail because the technology broke. They fail because the thing got built and nobody on the team wanted to use it. That’s a design problem.
So we build for the person who has to use it at 4pm on a Friday. Fewest new habits, fewest new logins, fits how they already work.
And because there’s two of us and no layers, you talk to the people building your thing. Every time.
Questions we get
What does it cost?
Depends entirely on what you need — that’s not a dodge, it’s why we don’t have a pricing page. A single fix and a full build are wildly different numbers. What’s consistent is that you’re paying for one person and getting two. Tell us your budget on the call and we’ll be straight with you about what fits.
Why is it the same price for two of you?
Because we’re two people with no offices, no account managers, and nobody to pay but ourselves. And because the work is better when both of us are on it — the engineering and the design aren’t separate jobs, they’re the same job. Charging you twice to get one good outcome never made sense to us.
How long does it take?
Small fixes, days. A full first system, usually a few weeks. We’ll give you a real timeline after the call, not a guess.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We build around what you’re already using. If we ever think something should change, we’ll explain why and it’s your decision.
What if it breaks?
Things break — APIs change, vendors update stuff without telling anyone. If we’re on retainer, you call us and we fix it. If not, we’re still around.
Is our data safe?
We’ll walk you through exactly where your data goes and what gets stored before we build anything. If you’ve got compliance requirements, mention them on the call.
How do we start?
Book a discovery call. That’s it — we handle everything after that.
